// Beto Penhos · Mind reprogramming

Is something in your mind holding you back?

Work, achievements, plans. And in the background, a code that runs on its own: the anxiety that shows up for no reason, the version of you that you perform to fit in, the engine that shut off without warning.

You didn't write that code. But it can be rewritten.

Sessions to switch off subconscious blocks. Online or in person in Interlomas, Mexico City.

01

From a worried mind to peace of mind

Your mind rehearses conversations that will never happen. You go to bed tired and don't rest. We work on the program that sets off the alarm, so your calm stops depending on everything going right.

02

From insecurity to self-confidence

You have a version of yourself that works, but it's exhausting to keep up. You say yes when you mean no, you speak up less than you think. We work on the code that taught you being yourself was a risk.

03

From feeling stuck to your personal power

You know what to do and you don't do it. You used to have drive and now everything stays an intention. We work on what's underneath the lack of motivation, and how to point your mind at what you want to create instead of what you fear.

// The RECODE method

Your mind runs programs you didn't write.

They were installed by what you lived through. Some never got updated and keep running: they tell you it's not enough, that you're not enough, that something is missing. And when you get there, something is missing again.

Almost always, underneath there's one of three fears: fear of life, fear of rejection or fear of failure. Nobody recognizes them at first glance, because they disguise themselves as anxiety, people-pleasing or lack of motivation.

My job is to find that program and rewrite it. For that I use RECODE, a mind reprogramming method that combines cognitive and somatic hypnosis.

  1. 1

We identify the program that gets triggered and what sets it off.

  2. 2

We access through hypnosis the level where that program lives.

  3. 3

    We install the new code.

  4. 4

You sustain it with audios and practices between sessions.

The goal is for you to return to three states: at peace, whole and in control of what you do.

// What a session looks like

Before.

A 20-minute clarity call. You tell me what's going on and I tell you honestly whether I can help and how.

During (60 minutes).

First we talk to locate the program that's being triggered. Then we go into hypnosis. You're conscious the whole time, you hear everything and you can stop whenever you want. It's more like being deeply focused than being asleep.

After.

You take home an audio to listen to and reinforce the new code.

Online via Zoom or in person in Interlomas.

// Who I am

Beto Penhos

I'm Beto Penhos.

I specialize in subconscious blocks: the ones you don't know you have.

For a long time I lived in a mental fight with reality. To understand why, I studied hypnosis, neuro-linguistic programming, RTT with Marisa Peer, conversational hypnosis with Igor Ledochowski and consciousness with teachers like Alexis Arroyo. With that I transformed my own fears and built RECODE.

I've been doing this work with other people for over 15 years.
